Send only child orders to your warehouse

A MultiGifts order is split into the parent order the customer paid for and a child order for each address (see From order to child orders). Send only the child orders to your warehouse or fulfillment system. Child orders are created as regular orders with the recipient’s address, items and quantities, so your warehouse can turn them into shipping instructions like any other order. When a child order is fulfilled, the same items on the parent order are fulfilled automatically (see Fulfill child orders).

Exclude orders tagged 複数配送 from your warehouse integration

The parent order isn’t shipped, so set your warehouse or fulfillment system to skip orders tagged 複数配送. Otherwise both the parent order and the child orders reach your warehouse, and the same items get two shipping instructions.
1

Open the integration settings

In your warehouse or fulfillment system, open the settings for importing orders from Shopify.
2

Exclude an order tag

Add 複数配送 to the order tags to exclude from import.
3

Check that child orders are imported

Place a test order and check that the child orders (tagged 分割配送) are imported and the parent order isn’t. Also check that your settings don’t skip ¥0 orders or orders created by apps.

Fields you can read from child orders

Each recipient’s options are added to the child order’s additional details (order attributes) and notes. Set up your integration to read the fields you want on your shipping instructions. The notes contain the same information in lines such as 配送希望日: 2026-11-06 午前中 and のし: 御祝 / 外のし / 田中. Options the customer didn’t set aren’t included.
If some items can’t ship together, such as chilled and ambient items, set up shipping groups. This stops customers from assigning items from different groups to the same address.
