Discovery call
We ask about your business and why the plan fits your needs.
Depending on what we learn, we may recommend one of the standard plans instead.

Requirements agreed (about two weeks from first contact)
Based on that conversation, we send a proposal covering:
- The specification for your custom requirements
- The support arrangements for your account
- The schedule through to release

Contract and kickoff
Once you accept the proposal and we have signed a contract, development begins.
