# Switching from a back-in-stock app

> MultiLikes can import data from the AMP - Back in stock app. Here is how.

MultiLikes supports importing data from the back-in-stock app AMP - Back in stock.

  After you switch, back-in-stock alerts become "back in stock alerts for favorited products".

  You can complete everything yourself by following the steps below. No coordination with us is required.

<Warning>
  Because the source data contains email addresses, which are personal data, we cannot do this work for you unless a contract is in place. Please carry out the whole process on your side.

## Prerequisite: the tool you need

You need the data app Matrixify (formerly Excelify). Please install it.

## Migration

## Migrating from AMP - Back in stock

### Before you start

You need two things:

1. Matrixify installed
   1. [https://apps.shopify.com/excel-export-import](https://apps.shopify.com/excel-export-import)
2. A CSV of your current back-in-stock alert registrations
   1. You can export it from the AMP - Back in stock admin.

### Conversion sheet

<Note>
  Before using it, choose File > Make a copy so the spreadsheet is saved in your own Google account.
</Note>

### Steps

1. Open the conversion sheet
2. Download the CSV of back-in-stock registrations from the AMP - Back in stock admin
3. Paste that data into the `[Back In Stock] 再入荷通知データ` tab
4. Press <u>**MultiLikes向け取り込みデータを出力する**</u> to generate the import data

   If you see an authorization prompt, follow the on-screen steps to authorize the script
5. Check that a `customers_MultiLikes_converted_${timestamp}` tab was created
6. Download that tab as CSV
7. Go to your Shopify admin and import the downloaded file with Matrixify

   It is uploaded as customer data; Matrixify detects this automatically
8. The import finishes
9. Once it is done, press the button to re-run the data sync under settings and support in the app
10. Migration is complete
