# Pricing

> MultiGifts plans and pricing, the free trial, and how to choose a plan.

## Plans

There are three plans that you choose according to your store's Shopify plan, and a flat-rate Enterprise plan. Every plan includes all features.

* Prices are set in US dollars. The app fee is included in your Shopify bill.
* A child order is the order created for each address after payment. An order with three addresses creates three child orders. The number of child orders created in a month is billed in addition to the monthly fee.
* A child order that has been created is counted even if it's canceled later.
* On every plan, customers can add up to 20 addresses per order. There's no monthly limit on the number of orders.
* Development stores (Shopify Partner test stores) aren't charged.

## Enterprise plan

A flat monthly fee no matter how many child orders you create. You get a dedicated support contact, and we can work on your own requirements, including custom development, after discussing them with you.

Enterprise becomes the better value when your child orders exceed about 3,750 a month on Basic & Grow, about 6,500 on Advanced, or about 6,000 on Plus. Please [contact us](https://bouquet-inc.channel.io/home) for details.

## Choosing a plan

Choose the plan for your store's Shopify plan, or a higher one.

If you choose a plan below your Shopify plan, the app's admin shows a message (in Japanese) asking you to choose the plan for your Shopify plan or higher, and the settings stay closed until you choose again.

> Even on Basic or Grow, the Advanced plan costs less once your child orders exceed 1,000 a month. You can choose a higher plan to match your volume.

## Choose a plan

**1. Open the app**

After installing, open MultiGifts from **Apps** in the Shopify admin. If you haven't chosen a plan, Shopify's pricing page opens. For Advanced and Plus stores, a note about which plans you can choose appears first; click **料金ページでプランを選ぶ** (Choose a plan on the pricing page).

**2. Choose and approve a plan**

Choose a plan on the pricing page and approve it.

**3. Return to the app**

After approving, you return to the app's home and can start setting it up.

> Until you choose a plan, the app's settings and the **Ship to multiple addresses** button in your cart aren't available. If the plan doesn't show up after you approve it, open **プラン** (Plan) in the app and click **契約の状態を更新する** (Refresh subscription status).

## Changing plans and canceling

* Open Shopify's pricing page from **プラン** (Plan) in the app's left menu to change your plan.
* You can see your usage (the number of child orders) on the billing page in the Shopify admin.
* Uninstalling the app also ends your subscription.
