# How many shipping addresses can a customer add?

> Customers can split one order across up to 20 shipping addresses.

Customers can add up to 20 addresses in one order. The limit is the same on every plan.

* One child order is created for each address. Twenty addresses create twenty child orders
* The delivery date and time, noshi, message card and gift bag can be set for each address
* There's no limit on the number of orders you can receive in a month

If a customer wants to send to 21 or more addresses, please ask them to split it into two orders. Once a customer has chosen 20 addresses, the other addresses can't be chosen, and a message appears on them (お届け先は20件までです。選んだお届け先を外すと選べます) saying that up to 20 addresses can be chosen. If the customer unselects one of the chosen addresses, they can choose another one.
